Grievance & Complaint Procedures and Forms
ISD 91 complies with federal and state law prohibiting discrimination. Students, parents, employees, or other persons who feel they are being discriminated against, harassed, or who have other concerns or complaints, may report them to the school district. A person may file a complaint at any level of the school district; i.e., principal, superintendent or school board. However, persons are encouraged to file a complaint at the building level when appropriate. The forms below may be used to file any grievance or complaint.
TITLE IX GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES
Any School District student or employee who believes he/she is the victim of discrimination on the basis of sex in violation of Title IX may file a formal grievance in writing directed to Jodi Fanth, High School Principal, at Email: jfanth@isd91.org or Barnum High School, 3675 County Road 13, Barnum MN 55707, 218-389-3273, or to the Director of the Office for Civil Rights.
