On the November 3 ballot, all Minnesotan's will be asked to vote on a constitutional amendment to the Minnesota's Permanent School Fund that will provide significant financial support for All MN schools - including Barnum Public Schools. This amendment doesn't increase your taxes, but it does require you to vote.
Under Minnesota law, failure to vote on a constitutional amendment has the same effect as voting ‘No.’ To pass, the amendment must receive ‘Yes’ votes from a majority of all voters participating in the election.
